It was our gorgeous gal
Star Baby Puffin's 10th Birthday last Saturday.
We had an amazing day,
We took Starz to Chew Chew Pet Restaurant.
If you haven't been here it's a must,
It's the most amazing Pet Restaurant.
It is owned by Naoko Okamoto and she is also a Japanese pet nutrition expert
and Japanese pet care advisor.
Naoko Okamoto is so helpful, kind, and has great advice for your pets.
Starz had so much fun as did we meeting all the regular dogs
and friends everybody was so kind and lovely.
Starz had the Birthday special which came with the most amazing food,
treats, a special birthday cake and even a happy birthday song!

I was really sad to here that Steve Jobs past away today.
I feel so sad that the world lost an amazing talented genius.
It's funny not many of us new Steve personally but it felt like we all did,
More than over 50 million people found out about Steve's passing today
from either an iPhone or iPad
I have an IPhone 4 and an IPad 2,
As crazy as this might sound my life has become more creativity,
convenient, knowledgable and entertaining because of Steve's passion and dedication.

We checked out Heroic Master of Pens
Art Show.
It was a fun Saturday night, it is always great to see new art
and meet an artist that is passionate and inspired by what they do.
Fun pieces with retro cassettes, unicorns and super heroes.
The art show was held at the funky store,
Mr Pickles and me.
I love this store it's always filled of gorgeous homewares, gifts,
cards, one of kind pieces and loads of other fabulous treasures.

What's up my Nerds!!
Today's the day George Lucas has made history again,
with the release of the Star wars saga on blu ray yay!!
Hubby drove me in early this morning,so I could attend the official launch in Sydney.

Wow I think I was like one of five women and the rest were guys,
The launch was so fun with Storm Troppers galore, the 501st legion,
gift bags, blue carpet, limited numbered copies and even
Darth Vader made a special guest appearance!!
I will post a video on my new you tube channel Poptart culture soon.
I must admit I thought I would of seen loads more die hard fanboys and girls,
but it was such an early start and I only heard about it late yesterday,
I'm thinking alot of people didn't know about it?
Can't wait for a Star wars saga marathon this weekend!!

On the 10th anniversary of September 11
Thank you to all the brave heroes, dogs and humans,
That sacrificed themselves on this sad tragic day.
We wish to mention the silent heroes our four legged loyal friends
and there owners.
10 years on only 12 dogs from the first 100 responders
have survived most of our canine friends have past on from old age or
sickness related from September 11

Red Dog everybody's Best Friend xx

I have wanted to see Red Dog since I heard all about it,
but it's taken me a little while to go because I new I'd be a total mess.
Red Dog is one of the most gorgeous, stunning
and saddest films I've ever seen.
Red Dog is to Australia what Hachiko is to Japan.
It's brilliant I smiled, laughed but cried pretty much the whole film.
This film has touched my heart in so many ways.
We are now definitely going to have to visit red dogs statue,
even though it's on the other side of Australia we will definitely get there.
Congratulations to a gorgeous Australian cast, the sweet Josh Lucas
And the beautiful Koko the dog who portrayed Red Dog.
If you need to see one movie ever, this is the film xx

Muppet Love!!

I'm am one of the biggest Muppet fans in the world,
The muppet movie is one of my favorites!
I can't even count how many times I've watch it,
I loved it since I was a little and I still love it.
I even got in trouble for impersonating Miss Piggy in Primary school,
Why? Because I winded a kid doing a Miss Piggy Hiya! ;)
Anyway I'm so excited about the new Muppet Movie,
when I first saw these I screamed with joy!
Opi is bringing out a new muppet range of nail polish yay!

Why not?
Don't get me wrong I love this colour blocking trend which I'm totally rockin right now.
It's just I wish people would embrace colour and style
