A Frog and Dog kind of guy.....

In honoured and remembering a legend this blog is dedicated to
Jim Henson the worlds most famous dreamer who the world lost 22years ago.
Thanks to Jim Henson he created many life long friends for all of us to enjoy
and future generations.
Have you ever thought how many wonderful dogs Jim Henson created
from the most famous dog, Rowlf The Muppets resident pianist to the wild crazy
Fizzwig dog like creature from The Dark Crystal.
Jim Henson subconsciously taught us how to love and care for all animals no matter
what they look like or where they came from, he taught us compassion for all
living creatures.

The Dark Crystal,
I was obsessed with this movie as a child,
Fizzwig and Kira were my favourites, who didn't want a pet Fizzwig ;)

Barkley from Sesame Street.
The big lovable dog that can understand sign language
and who is everybody's Bestfriend.

Who could forget the 1980s classic Labyrinth,
I think we were all scared that we were going to get
kidnapped by a Goblin King hehe.
Do you remember Sarah's dog Merlin and
Sir Didymus's dog Ambrosius who he rode around like a horse,
who interestedly looked alot like Merlin??

Sprocket.
Docs lovable sheep dog that spends most of his time in
Docs Workshop or chasing Fraggles.
Sprocket later became great friends with the Fraggles even visiting Fraggle Rock.
Sprocket is Docs loyal companion and best friend,
Jim Henson once again teaches us friendship comes in all shapes and sizes....

The Storytellers talking dog who's name is,
well Dog.
Dog sat around the fire with an old Storyteller who retold folk tales of old.
Did you know that Dog was performed and voice by Jim's own son,
Brian Henson.

Jim Henson's Dog City was a spin off show,
Which included puppets and animation.
The shows main character was Eliot Shag who animated
the adventurous Ace Hart....
There are many great characters in this series with awesome names such as
Artie Springer, the heroine Colleen Barker, Bulldog Bruno
and landlady Ms Fluff'e who is a cat, proving once again we can all just get along.

The Dreamer that could....

Twenty two years ago the world lost a
Dreamer, creator, role model, artist and the worlds most loved Puppeteer,
but most of all we lost a friend.....
Even though a lot of us didn't know him personally, he was family
He created characters that inspired us and made our childhoods exciting,
He taught us anything is possible if you just have a dream.
Thank you Jim Henson.
September 24th 1936 - May 16th 1990.

I'm totally obsessed with Apps its the reason I own and iPhone 4,
My Ipad2 is also full of Apps.
I'm an App addict, I love to buy and try new Apps and I love to share
and review the cutest Apps available with all of you xx
My current App obsessions at the moment are Kitty booth,
Princess cam and Ballon....
Kitty Booth
Is of course extremely Kawaii and features the legend,
Hello Kitty!
But you don't just have to be a Hello kitty fan to use this App,
Yes you can add hello kitty and her friends but you can also add
cute images, face whiskers, bows and teddy ears.
I love this app for putting text on photos very easy, great colours and cute fonts.
I like to combined apps, I enjoy saving pics then loaded the photos into
other Applications.

Princess Cam!
Ok this App seriously is one of the best Deco, Kawaii Apps
I've ever used.
You can make your own stamps,cards,uploaded pics,add fonts,
glitter,stamps,backgrounds,frames,sparkles,coloured filters.....
You name it you can do it!!
If your a Kawaii princess and Japanese Deco queen ( like me ;)
and have to decorate any plain surface, this is the App for you!
I love this app so much that even if I use other Photo apps,
I save my photos and finish with this App.
This is a great way to jazz up your Instagram pics
( probably the most famously used photo App)

Ballon!
The Ballon App can take a normal photo and turn it into your
own personally comic, I love comics and I've found some Amazing comic book Apps
( which I'll do a separate blog on :)
On the Ballon App you can control font,text,size,colour,style,background
and much more!
This App is like having a mini Stan Lee inside your phone or IPad
which is personalizing your photos hehe.
