Thanks to everyone that visited our popup store at Nowcon 2012.
It was a great day full of art, awesome costumes, games, great people,
competitions, comics and pop culture collectables.

The event has some great guests, awesome pop up stores,
Gaming, Comics and Cosplay.

Mermaids and costumes!!

Last weekend was mermaids, Disney on ice
and the Smash Anime Festival.....
It was such a great weekend, Disney on Ice was wonderful
and the Smash Anime convention was a really fun event, check out
some of the awesome cosplay costumes.

Course of the force an Amazing charity event!!

This super fun event is 100% for charity....
A lightsabers relay, yes Lightsabers!! from Santa Monica to San Diego Comic Con
to raise money for the Make a wish Foundation.

Early this year in Australia we had the amazing 501st member Jacob who walk from
Perth to Sydney in his Stormtrooper armory to raise money for our
Australian make a wish foundation.
These are wonderful events that raise money for very important charities,
that grant sick children there wishes.
This is the very first year for course of the force and congrats to all involved.

Supa Fun @ Supanova Sydney!!

Sydney Supanova 2012!!
We had a great weekend at this years Supanova Pop Culture Expo.....
Supanova is always so much fun and we look forward to it every year,
It's always a wonderful event, great people, cosplayers, artists, voice actors, actors,
gaming, pop culture, stores and many other exciting things.
This year I dressed as on of my Idol/ inspirations and no it wasn't Tim Burton hehe,
( maybe next year.)

I went as the one and only George Lucas.....
Check out some pics from the weekend and my darling hubby went as the
adorable, most disliked Star wars character Jar Jar Binks.

I love the costumes at Supanova there are always so many awesome, creative costumes.
The Star wars costumes are always my favorite ;)

This year some of my other favourites were.....
The Adventure Time characters, Jake, Finn, Princess Bubblegum, Fionna, Cake
I couldn't believe how many adventure time characters were at Supanova, loved it!

I also really liked the "Back to the Future" costumes Marty Mcfly and Jennifer, Cute!
Even one of my favorite Japanese Characters Rilakkuma made a special appearance.
Such a Rad weekend that we finished off visiting family and catching
an early advance screening of Disney Pixar's new film Brave.
FABULOUS!!

Supernova 2012 costume closet.....

I'm so excited it's only a few weeks to Sydney Supanova Pop Culture Expo!
It's such a fun weekend out and its a great event for everyone.
I keep changing my ideas for a costume, but I've gone back to my original idea,
Last year I went in full costume as Rainbow Brite.
I loved it, it was such a cute costume.
This year I wanted to do something fun, different and simple
I decide not to go all out like last year, I made it this year.
My husbands costume goes with it perfectly.
